For wedding photographers
Online wedding galleries your couples will love
A wedding is the biggest delivery you make all year. PhotoShr gives the whole day a private home: organised the way it happened, easy for the couple to choose from, and handed over on a page that carries your name.
The whole day, in the order it happened
A wedding gallery can run to many hundreds of photographs, and a long unbroken grid is hard for anyone to take in. In PhotoShr you can group photos into sets — getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception, the dance floor — and drag photos into them after upload. Your couple sees the sets as chips above the gallery and can jump straight to the part of the day they want to relive; anything you haven’t grouped is shown last, under “Other”.
Uploading is built for wedding-sized shoots: drop the whole folder in at once and PhotoShr uploads it in bulk with live progress, catching duplicates if you drop the same file twice. There is no limit on the number of galleries or photos per gallery — only your plan’s storage. If you turn on lightweight previews, guests browse lighter copies that load quickly on a phone, while every selection still points back to your original files.
Private by default, without the friction
Every new gallery is protected by a share passcode from the start, so the link alone isn’t enough to open it. You can tighten that to invited clients only — just the couple, say, signing in with a magic link or a one-time code rather than a password — or deliberately open it to anyone with the link if you want the whole guest list to see the highlights. If a passcode ends up somewhere it shouldn’t, rotate it and the old links stop working at once. Client galleries are always hidden from search engines.
On Studio and Agency plans you also get sharing controls: an expiry date on the gallery link and download permissions per invited client, so you decide who may download and who can only look.
Let the couple pick the album photos
Many wedding photographers deliver every edited image and then ask the couple to choose a shortlist for the album or for extra retouching. That is exactly what a proofing gallery is for. The couple taps a heart on the photos they love, reviews their picks on one screen before sending them, and you see the list the moment it arrives.
Each person gets their own private selection list, so the bride, the groom and a parent can choose separately — and you see everyone’s picks overlaid and ranked by votes, which makes the photos everyone agrees on obvious. When you’re ready to edit, export the selection as a CSV or a plain list of filenames and use it to filter your catalogue in Lightroom or Capture One. Read more about how this works on the client proofing page.
Deliver the finals in one place
When the edit is done, upload the finished photographs to the gallery’s delivery tab. When you send it, PhotoShr emails the couple that their photos are ready, and from the delivery page they can download everything in one go or save single photos at full size or a smaller web size that’s ready for sharing. You can require a sign-in before anything is downloaded, and you can replace or remove the files after sending if you spot something you want to re-export.
- Your logo on every plan — the delivery page carries your brand from the Solo plan up.
- Cover image, personal message and a re-booking link on Studio — a good place to thank the couple and mention anniversary sessions.
- No PhotoShr branding at all on Agency, across galleries, delivery pages and gallery emails.
A gallery that looks like your work
Wedding clients choose a photographer for their style, and the gallery should feel like part of it. Every plan can choose from the full range of gallery looks, upload a watermark and logo, and have proofs watermarked automatically — or switch watermarking off for a gallery where you want the couple to see clean, high-quality proofs. On Studio you can also set the cover’s focal point, so a wide ceremony shot crops where you want it to.
Studio also adds client records and engagement insights: how many people viewed the gallery, on which devices, what was downloaded and which photos were loved most. That last one is a useful hint for your own portfolio.
